Waitlist Application Fee
There is a one-time, non-refundable $25 application fee per child to join our waitlist. The fee can be paid via Venmo at @brightlifeplayschool. As soon as we receive the application fee, your child’s spot on our waitlist will be officially secured.

 

Accepting Enrollment

When a space becomes available, we will reach out to the family and guide you through the enrollment process step by step:

 

1. Phone and Email Notification

When a space becomes available, we will contact families by phone and email in waitlist order. Families will have 48 hours to respond and confirm their interest. If we do not hear back within that time, we will move on to the next family on the waitlist.

 

 

2. Tour

Families who are offered a space will be invited to schedule a tour with their child. Meeting your child ahead of enrollment is an important part of our process, as it helps us better understand their needs and ensure we are able to thoughtfully support and accommodate them.

 

 

3. Enrollment Offer & Deposit:

If you choose to accept the space, you will complete an admissions agreement and enrollment paperwork.

To secure enrollment, families are required to submit a two-week deposit, which will be applied to the final two weeks of care (as outlined in the Parent Handbook).

 

 

4. Registration Fee

Upon enrollment, families are required to pay a non-refundable yearly registration fee of $150. This fee supports administrative costs and is required each year an enrollment agreement is signed.

 

 

Declining Enrollment:

Families may decline an offered space one time and remain on the waitlist.

If a second enrollment offer is declined, the child will be removed from the waitlist.

To rejoin the waitlist after removal, a new application and application fee ($25) will be required.
