We're a year-round school. Our primary enrollment period runs January through early March for an August start (subject to availability). Openings can occur any time of year, and waitlist or enrollment news is always sent by email — so applying early keeps you in the loop year-round.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Our Registration Process

1. Phone & e-mail confirmation

When a space opens, we contact the next family on the list in waitlist order. You'll have 48 hours to confirm interest, or we move on to the next family.

2. Campus tour

We invite you and your child to tour the school together — meeting your child ahead of time helps us understand and support their needs. We love connecting with prospective families early - if you'd like to tour the school before a space is offered, please reach out and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Please note: Due to the high volume of interest in our programs, tours are sometimes only possible at this stage - once a space has been offered to your family. Either way, meeting your child before their first day is an important part of our process. It helps us better understand their individual needs and ensures we're ready to support them thoughtfully from day one.

3. Enrollment offer & deposit

Accepting your space means completing admissions paperwork and submitting a two-week deposit, applied toward your final two weeks of care.

4. Yearly registration fee 

Upon enrollment, a non-refundable $150 registration fee is due — required annually for every signed enrollment agreement.

Declining or deferring an offer

You may decline one offered space and stay on the waitlist by following our deferral procedure. A second decline removes your child from the list — rejoining later requires a new application and $25 fee.
